- It is imperative that the terms and conditions
of membership, and gym usage, are always adhered to.
1. Gym members must be aged 13 years (please see our terms for junior members 13-16)or over. Class members can be 13 years or over, dependent on the class (Please refer to age ratings for each class).
2. My Membership with Vfitness
o V-Flex rolling one month direct debit contract at £36 per month, payments to be taken on the 1st of each month and the member is required to pay the pro rata payment if necessary up to their first direct debit date at the start of their membership. Members may cancel their membership and terminate this agreement by providing written notice to vfitness@email.com Cancellation received between the first and last day of the month will be effective upon the next months billing cycle. Cancellation rights are subject to the terms set forth in this agreement
o Vfixed Fixed 12 month contract with monthly direct debit contract at £32.50 per month, , payments to be taken on the 1st of each month and the member is required to pay the pro rata payment if necessary up to their first direct debit date at the start of their membership. This membership is fixed for a 12 month contract. No cancellation is available prior to the minimum 12 month term. (Please note that once the minimum term is complete, the membership will continue on a rolling payment notice)
o V Pre-Paid Prepaid one years gym membership at £360, this membership is non-refundable and will be automatically terminated after the period of 1 year.
o Day Pass Single admittance to the gym only, no contract, refunds or cancellation
3. You agree to comply with the rules of membership, as listed below:
- I agree to sign in and out of the building on every visit to VFitness.
- I have completed a PAR-Q on registration and agree that I know of no reason why I should not exercise.
- I agree that I feel competent to use all the gym equipment at my own risk.
- I agree to clean all gym equipment and not attend the gym if I feel unwell.
4. If, on a specific occasion, we do not take action or allow a breach of contract, it will not prevent VFitness from taking action at a later date.
5. We may assign the benefit of this agreement and our rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced.
6. If the occasion arises where it is imperative that we close all or part of the gym, we will do our best to make you aware of such closures as far in advance as possible, unless the problem is urgent, unforeseen or an emergency.
7. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of the Clubs rules.
8. We do NOT offer any refunds.

Whilst we will respect your decision over your training regime we reserve the right to ask you not to exercise beyond what we reasonably believe to be your personal ability. We shall endeavour to maintain a safe environment for you to enjoy your exercise. We shall endeavour to ensure that our Fitness trainers and staff are qualified to fitness industry standards. We shall at all times keep confidential any information that you give us regarding your health. Unstaffed first aid / emergency procedures
Fire procedures
If you suspect a fire, press the nearest red fire call point, and leave the building immediately.
In the event of the fire alarm sounding or when instructed to leave by our team, please evacuate the gym through the nearest and safest exit. Do NOT go back into the changing rooms to collect your belongings.
